Roxy Rocket

Created to be a new Harley Quinn, poor Roxy never caught on in the animated series that spawned her.  But that failure became the foundation of her character in Cat-Tales, burdened with crippling insecurity about her lack of status among the ‘real’ Rogues and craving the validation of their acceptance.  From her first appearance at the Christmas party in Book 1 to the infamous cat fight in an Iceberg Tale, her insecurities make her easy to manipulate, as in The New Black.  By the time Batman’s enemies are in hiding in the Gotham Rogues, however, she seems to have finally been accepted into the pack.
