Selina doesn’t duke it out for those “best fighter in the galaxy” designations, as she’s said that’s for women like Lady Shiva who don’t have anything else going for them.\u00a0 That said, she can kick prodigious ass when provoked–or to get into the Victors’ Room at a certain underground Gotham fight club:<\/p>\n

\u201cGaia, mother of all,\u201d Pamela said, wide-eyed.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is she doing to him?\u201d Doris said, appalled.<\/p>\n

Harley tilted, not just her head but her whole body bent to the side to survey the scene from a full 90-degrees.\u00a0 She gestured, grabbing her right forearm in her left and jamming her thumb into the side.\u00a0 \u201cI think she broke his wrist and is just pulling him around by it,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt looks painful,\u201d Pam noted.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell that would be your fault,\u201d Doris said, and then broke into an unflattering impersonation: \u201cCatty, I think you should let one of us do the honors.\u00a0 You do have a history crushing on your opponents, and I don\u2019t mean the respectable way crushing a windpipe.\u00a0 We don\u2019t want you getting flirty tonight of all nights.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harley snorted.\u00a0 \u201cOne look at <\/span> that<\/span> guy, NOT gonna be a problem.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a joke, sort of,\u201d Pam said feebly.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot a funny one, and you gave her something to prove,\u201d Doris concluded.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe just likes showing off,\u201d Pam grumbled.\u00a0 \u201cI mean look at that.\u00a0 You\u2019d think she\u2019d been working out with Batman a couple of times a week.\u201d<\/p>\n

On cue, Selina flung Braden \u2018Mercy Stroke\u2019 Carver out of the sankyo she\u2019d used to lead him around the ring, and then she flipped forward as he stumbled back and finished him with a high kick to the chin.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd that gets us into the V-Room!\u201d she announced, rejoining the party.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
