Both women laughed, and both men looked confused.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIn his log, he calls them The Double-Ds,\u201d Barbara grinned.<\/span><\/p>\n

More laughter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unable to continue pretending he wasn\u2019t listening, Dick turned to the women with a look of theatrical bewilderment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cExcuse me,\u201d he broke in with a dramatic huff, \u201c\u2018totally lacking complexity?\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cInside joke,\u201d Selina explained patronizingly, \u201cIt means they\u2019ve got big tits.\u00a0 Complex women of character and substance don\u2019t have tits.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHuh?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLook,\u201d Selina said, cupping her ample bosom, \u201cComplex\u2026\u201d\u00a0 she pressed inward.\u00a0 \u201c\u2026Shallow\u201d\u00a0 she released, then repeated the demonstration.\u00a0 \u201cComplex\u2026 Shallow\u2026 See how that works?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNo, but maybe if you showed me again a couple more times.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDick!\u201d Barbara yelled with playful outrage, forgetting she was mad at him.\u00a0 Then after another minute\u2019s teasing, she gave a more thorough explanation.\u00a0 \u201cAt my shower, we found a chatroom where these\u2026\u201d she paused, looking for a description, \u201creality-challenged<\/i> gentlemen put forth some\u2014questionable<\/i>\u2014theories about women in spandex.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBreasts are bad,\u201d Selina said crisply, cutting through the euphemisms, \u201cCup size is inversely proportional to character.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m confused,\u201d Dick said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s probably because you have a real, bona fide woman to go home to at night, Kiddo.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
