Roxy Rocket<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Created to be a new Harley Quinn, poor Roxy never caught on in the animated series that spawned her.\u00a0 But that failure became the foundation of her character in Cat-Tales, burdened with crippling insecurity about her lack of status among the ‘real’ Rogues and craving the validation of their acceptance.\u00a0 From her first appearance at the Christmas party in Book 1 to the infamous cat fight in an Iceberg Tale, her insecurities make her easy to manipulate, as in The New Black<\/a>.\u00a0 By the time Batman’s enemies are in hiding in the Gotham Rogues<\/a>, however, she seems to have finally been accepted into the pack.<\/p>\n
