Title Card: Every Epilogue is a Prelude

With the excitement Tom King’s Rebirth run brought to Batman, Rick Celis expanded his signature style remaking iconic comic covers and panels in the style of Batman: The Animated Series to include title cards the early series provided introducing each episode. The cover of Batman 24 where Bruce proposed to Selina famously bore the headline Every Epilogue is a Prelude. (We here at Cat-Tales of course noted the similarity to the log line of our own proposal story What’s Past is Prologue.
