Batman 498 by Rick Celis after Kelley Jones and Bob LeRose

Throughout Cat-Tales, there are many allusions to what happened between Bane and Catwoman in Knightfall after he broke Batman, until the chapter in The Gotham Rogues when Catwoman reveals it all. Like her encounter with Azrael-as-Batman, it is superficially similar to what transpired in the comic – in this case Batman 498 – but infused with the realistic responses of a feeling human woman, a fuller, richer story emerges. As always, it turns out there was more going on than the men of DC imagined.
